Dear family and friends, We would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas. We miss you a lot especially during this time of the year. We decided to stay home instead of traveling because of weather. Nate and I cooked pilau, Chapati, chicken and made Kachumbari. It was sooo yummy!
Andrew got his wish from Santa, he woke up this morning to find a speed bike he has been admiring for sometime whenever we went to a toy store. He was a good boy this year which made Santa Claus to grant his wish. He feels like a big boy now learning how to pedal his bike.
We have received our fare share of snow for almost two weeks now. This morning we woke up to find there are piles of snow on our front door.
Rexburg can fit a famous joke that it is iceberg! I took this photo at noon today.
More piles of snow at our front door this morning

This is our back yard, it is hard to believe how beautiful and green it looks in the Summer.
Andrew got his first encounter with Santa at Walmart Store this morning when they went shopping with Ben. He had an opportunity to get a photo with Santa.

We surely love the holiday season. Rexburg is beautifully decorated with lights during the night time and we real enjoy our evening as we go around admiring all those lights and such a great holiday spirit it brings to all of us.
Ben has developed a new hobby which is kind of weird him being from Africa, it is horse riding. We have family friends in Rigby, Gordon and Sherrie Allen. Gordon has taught Ben how to ride a horse and they normally go on horse ride during summer time. It is fun to explore the beauty of nature while on a back of a horse. They are gentle, friendly and smart animals, I took a picture of Mike one of the horse I like to ride.
Andrew has got a great friend, out next door neighbors' daughter Ava. They are both of the same age and likes to play together without fighting. Andrew seems to be very gentle and friendly to other kids which makes him to real enjoy his time in nursery.
We had such a great time this Halloween since Andrew was old enough to understand what was going on. We dressed him as a bug for his Halloween costume and Ben went with him to trick-or-treat. He was excited and felt so cool to knock on people's homes! This picture of him was taken during our ward Halloween party.
